The existing interior spaces were completely redesigned to include an ADA master bath and steam shower as well as walk-in master closets and a new laundry room. The exterior was a subtle blend between the old and the new.

Just outside Denver, CO, this home was transformed from a simple tri-level house with a lack of detail into a home with architectural character. The floor to ceiling built-ins gave the homeowners the library space they’ve always wanted. New wood floors, handrails and balustrade gave the design the finishing touches. The backyard was redesigned with a new cedar deck and pergola, vertical planters and a serpentine landscape wall.
